Day 1: Arrival, Hong Kong
Upon your arrival in Hong Kong, China's most westernized city, your private tour guide will welcome you at the airport and accompany you on a private transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure.

Day 2: Hong Kong, City Introductory Tour
Acquaint yourself with the unique east-meets-west cityscape on today's introductory tour. You will explore the floating community of Aberdeen (with a sampan ride), the Repulse Bay of Hong Kong Island, and the Stanley Market, followed by a Peak Tram rides up to the famous Victoria Peak, the highest hill on Hong Kong Island. A 1.5-hours Peak Circle Walk will offer you fantastic views overlooking the city.

Day 3: Hong Kong - Guilin
Enjoy some leisure this morning until your private car arrives to take you to the railway station, where a high-speed train is waiting to whisk you over to Guilin in just 3.5 hours.
On arrival, your private tour guide will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel. After check-in, you may like a little adventure around the hotel.

Day 4: Guilin - Yangshuo, Li River Cruise
Today you will take a relaxing Li River cruise down to the scenic town of Yangshuo. Along the way, immerse yourself in the dramatic landscape of clear water, karst hills, paddy fields, and rural villages.
Disembark in Yangshuo at around 1:30 pm to 2 pm (depending on the water condition) and walk through the bustling West Street, followed by a private transfer to your Yangshuo hotel. For the rest of the day, relax, indulge and explore your scenic surroundings.

Day 5: Yangshuo, Cooking Class and Countryside Tour
This morning, take a join-in cooking class (about 3 hours) to learn how to make a few popular local dishes from an English-speaking chef. Then, enjoy your creations for lunch.
This afternoon goes with a Yangshuo countryside tour, driving by farmlands, exploring Jiuxian Ancient Village, and strolling beside the Yulong River.

Day 6: Yangshuo - Guilin - Xi'an, Reed Flute Cave
After breakfast, drive back to Guilin and visit the grotesque Reed Flute Cave, a natural limestone cave of stalactites, stalagmites, and other rock formations decorated by colorful lights. Afterward, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Xi'an.
After you touch down and meet your guide, a private transfer will take you to your hotel. The rest of today is free to relax or explore at your leisure.

Day 7: Xi'an, Terracotta Warriors
Spend the morning exploring the legendary 2,000-year-old Terracotta Army and listening to the stories behind these life-size warriors and their master Qin Shi Huang, the first emperor of a unified China. Once back to the city center, stroll around the bustling Muslim Quarter to try out ethnically Muslim street food and visit the active Great Mosque.

Day 8: Xi'an - Beijing, Calligraphy Lesson at Tangbo Art Museum
After breakfast, enjoy the perfect introduction to local folk artworks and take a calligraphy lesson at Tangbo Art Museum before boarding a high-speed train to Beijing.
Arriving in 4.5 to 6 hours, meet your local guide for a private transfer from the railway station to your hotel. The rest of today is free to relax or explore at your leisure.

Day 9: Beijing, Forbidden City
Start today's city journey from Tiananmen Square - the landmark of Beijing, followed by an insightful visit to the Forbidden City. You will be amazed by the massive imperial palace home to 24 Chinese emperors and their families for some 500 years. As the tour concludes, visit Jinshan Park to get a full and clear view of the Forbidden City.

Day 10: Beijing, Mutianyu Great Wall
After breakfast, drive about two hours to visit the less crowded Mutianyu section of the Great Wall. Here, you can take a cable car up and do some moderate hiking on the wall to enjoy the majestic scenery. Continue to Changling Tomb, the largest and best preserved one of the 13 imperial tombs of the Ming Dynasty (1368–1644). After your visit, return to your Beijing hotel for the night.

Day 11: Beijing, Temple of Heaven and Summer Palace
Today, start by exploring the highly-sacred Temple of Heaven, with the chance to join the locals in doing their morning exercises, like singing, dancing, and Tai Chi practicing. Next, delve into Beijing's hidden historical neighborhood - Hutong with a family visit to a traditional courtyard-styled house. Chat with the host family and enjoy a homemade lunch.
This afternoon, take a relaxing boat cruise on the scenic Kunming Lake within the grand Summer Palace. Here you will also see exquisite gardens, majestic temples, and gorgeous palaces in perfect harmony.
